Taking a holistic approach to therapy means considering not only mental health, but the wellness of one's mind, body, and spirit. These aspects of our identity constantly interact with one another to inform our overall health. Making changes in one area, only to backslide into old habits and behaviors in another, can be frustrating and discouraging.
Understanding the way that factors such as diet, exercise, and sleep impact your mental state, and vice versa, is crucial for improving and maintaining overall wellness. Your physical and mental health can be further impacted by how fulfilled you are on a soul level. Together we will take a look at your whole self to identify the root cause of suffering and cultivate a lifestyle that nurtures all aspects of you.
It depends who you ask. In a Western psychological sense, self-realization is understood to be the fulfillment of one's full potential, or achievement of psychological growth and maturation. Self-realization in a spiritual sense is rooted in ancient Eastern philosophy and religion. It means that one understands the true self and, ultimately, the true nature of reality.
I'm here to accompany you on whatever path you find yourself on, regardless of which meaning resonates with you. Meeting you where you are and walking alongside you on this journey is my mission. This is a road I've been on and plan to continue on. I won't have the answers you're looking for, but I can help you tune in to your innate wisdom and uncover your ability to find the truth you seek.

Although our minds mean well, quieting the incessant chatter of the mind allows us to become more aware of our intuition and inner wisdom. Meditation is an effective way to become present and experience your true essence.
